Terms and Conditions:
Guest agrees to sign this contract containing the terms of their stay. This agreement covers the rental period, rental amount, and responsibilities of both the tenant/guest and them landlord/homeowner.
Rent/Payment: In the case of a rental, the tenant must pay the agreed-upon rent on time and in the specified manner. For guests, payment terms or fees should be clarified beforehand.
Security Deposit: A security deposit is required from the tenant or guest before checking in. This deposit acts as a safeguard for potential damages or unpaid rent and will be returned at the end of the stay if no issues arise.
Duration of Stay: The rental or guest agreement should specify the exact dates or duration of the stay. In the case of a rental, there may be consequences for breaking the lease early.
cOccupancy Limits: The agreement may state the maximum number of people allowed to stay in the house. Overcrowding can cause issues and is usually not permitted.
Pets and Restrictions: If pets are allowed, there may be specific rules concerning pet types, sizes, and behavior. Somen properties might not allow pets at all.
Maintenance and Repairs: The tenant or guest is responsible for basic maintenance and repairs caused by personal errors during their stay. Deposits will be used to cover the costs of any unwanted damages. The guest will be liable for any damage or malfunctions that concern the homeowner and will take immediate action to remedy them.
Conduct and Behavior: The agreement may include rules about noise levels, parties, smoking, and other behaviors that could disturb neighbors or damage the property.
Property Use: There might be restrictions on using the property for specific purposes, such as commercial activities or subletting without permission.
Insurance: The property owner is responsible for insuring their properties for damages not related to guest usage.
Termination: The agreement should specify the conditions under which the landlord or homeowner can terminate the tenancy or ask the guest to leave.
Inspection and Entry: The landlord has the right to inspect the property periodically and must provide the guest with prior notice before entering the premises.
